ABIA: Gov. Alex Otti Blocks Extortionary Payments in State’s Elementary, Secondary Schools…details

Abia State Governor has on Thursday  announced a ban on all kinds of payment in the state’s elementary and secondary institutions in order to protect the future of the children.

This Governor Alex Otti disclosed to the media during his New Year speech.

Otti expressed, “We have stopped all forms of payments in the primary and secondary schools, not even PTA levies should be charged from any parent or guardian in any public school in the State.”
