The Presidential committee suggests the daily disbursement of funds through the FAAC.
The Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform Committee has suggested altering the process of distributing funds by the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC).
The committee intends to change the frequency of disbursements to the three tiers of government from monthly to daily.
The statement was made by Taiwo Oyedele, who is the Chairman of the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform Committee. He conveyed this information in Abuja on Monday during a workshop organized for journalists and analysts.
He said,“We believe the system can be configured to credit the accounts of local, state, and federal governments daily,”
