….13th Asagba of Asaba Bows Out
Report has revealed that the Asagba of Asaba, His Royal Majesty, Obi (Prof.) Joseph Chike Edozien, has joined his ancestors.
Notably, Edozien was the traditional ruler of Asaba, the Delta State capital, was said to have passed on yesterday.
The monarch is said to have recently commenced activities marking his 100th birthday anniversary.
The news his demise was disclosed on Wednesday describing his death as a great loss and a sad one.
From information, the palace is yet to officially announced the passage of the respected monarch, while many sources confirms the sad news to the media.
Although efforts to get an official response from the Palace Secretary, Chief Patrick Ndili was not furtile.
