The Supreme Court has today dismisses the appeal challenging the election of Governor Hyacinth Alia in Benue State.
The appeal, filed by Mr. Titus Uba of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was withdrawn by his counsel, leading to the affirmation of Governor Alia’s victory under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
