The Executive Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has on Saturday celebrated LAGOS METROPOLITAN AREA TRANSPORT AUTHORITY (LAMATA) as it marks 20 years of incredible journey.
In his remarks he said, “from the BRT corridors to the Blue Line, they have been transforming Lagos’ transport landscape and touching the lives of over 400,000 passengers.
“It was great to listen to the stories of staff and residents who have been impacted and we’re definitely not stopping here.
“We’re committed to building on this legacy, opening more rail lines, enhancing infrastructure, and exploring diverse transport options.
“Together, let’s keep moving forward towards a better-connected Lagos for everyone.
“Thank you for your continued support.”
