Recent report has shown that a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Wale Adedibu, is dead.
Adedibu died on Saturday after a brief illness, a few days after the demise of the APC women leader in Oyo North Senatorial district, Princess Adebowale Atoyebi.
According to the report, the Senator representing Oyo South senatorial district, Sharafadeen Alli, in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, said Adedibu’s death as a shocking one as the deceased was a committed and dedicated party member who worked tirelessly for the growth of the party in the State.
He however noted that Adedibu’s death was a reminder of the fragility of life and the need for everyone to cherish every moment.
The Senator thereby expressed condolences to the deceased’s family, friends, political associates and the APC family on the tragic loss.
