I want to use this medium and opportunity to wish my boss and mentor, Com. Daniel Obo Crs Nycn chairman, a blessed Happy Birthday and more heights in his pursuit for a better Nigeria and Cross River State.

Comrade Daniel Obo is a resounding name in Cross River State politics; especially as it concerns the youths. He is a comrade that understands the importance of the youth in politics and socio-economic development. His reign as the Chairman of NYCN in Cross River State Chapter has birthed youths with zeal and fervent desire to uplift themselves beyond the expectations of the society.

Com. Daniel Obol has also been a strong supporter of back to South campaign that ushered in the administration of Sen Prince Bassey Otu as the executive Governor of Cross River State. His remarkable and dynamic leadership is one that is rare in the Nigerian leadership space. His type is highly needed to make the society a better place.

Com.Daniel Obol has influenced my life in so many ways. I look up to him on a daily basis. I have worked with him in various capacities and I can say confidently that I have not come across a leader with so much vision as him. I was once his SSA to Security and intelligence matters before he promoted me to his Chief Security Officer; office I still hold till date.

I remember vividly well, those days we use to go for political tour, he usually make sure I don’t use a taxi, but rather a Prado Jeep. Posterity and my political career will not forgive me if I don’t acknowledge you all the days of my life.

Com. Daniel Obol is a man that has built up so many youths in the entire 18 Local Government Area of Cross River State. When Comrade Daniel Obo came into power as the Chairman of NYCN in Cross River State, the you youths used to have their meeting under a canopy. But through your dynamic and excellent leadership, the youths can now boast of a mansion where they can have there meetings. Same goes round to the entire 18 LGA in Cross River State. All thanks to Com. Daniel Obo.

Also before his coming to office, the Government did not recognize the youths. It was as if the youths were sleeping, but due to your constant ginger, the youths woke up and the Government of the day now takes the youth very serious.This has made the Government youth friendly with many youths appointed into various arms of the administration.

The best thing that will happen to Sen, Gov Prince Bassey Otu’s administration is to carry people like Comrade Daniel Obol along; because Com. Daniel Obo loves him from the depth of his heart and will work round the clock to see that Sen, Gov Prince Bassey Otu’s administration succeeds.
