Having Lagos State always at the forefront in the war against HIV/AIDS thereby constantly sensitizing the citizens on prevention through safe sex, and the use of sterilized equipments in their day to day lives.
Lagos stare government in conjunction with the UNAIDS team is also urging all citizens who are already carriers of the virus, to also be educated on living a long and fulfilled life after infection as being positive should not mean the end of their lives, as long as they take their medications, and lead a healthy lifestyle, they can live, work and interact with non carriers of the virus.
