The Minister of state for Petroleum has today tender his resignation letter to enable him contest for the governorship position in Bayelsa state slated for the next April 14th, 2023.
The special assistant to President Buhari on Digital communications, Bashir Ahmad disclosed this on his twitter handle on Friday.
It reads, “Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, former state governor of Bayelsa, H.E. Timpre Sylva, had resigned his appointment to contest in the next Bayelsa governorship election”.
