Recently, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission has bursted on a Bank having its Manager hoarding the new naira notes by wrap to ensure the new baur notes doesnt dispense properly.
It was revealed by the agency’s twitter handle on friday that the ICPC made an arreste on the manager of the said bank in Osogbo, Osun State, for loading the bank’s automated teller machines with wrapped new Naira notes, thus preventing the machine from dispensing the notes properly.
This was revealed by the agency’s Twitter handle on Friday 3rd February, 2023 while the agency team directed that, the wrapped new Naira notes be properly loaded so that they could be dispensed properly.
