Liberate Delta 2023: Gbagi, SDP Gains More Stronger Support From Over 1000 Women To Take Over As Governor.
..as he declares intention for massive industralisation to Delta state as he assumes office, come 2022.
Ahead of 2023 governorship race, the Delta Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, OON has added more support to his governorship ambition with over 1000 Catholic women endorsing him and embracing Social Democratic Party SDP as the party that has much to offer among other parties.
This massive event took place on Monday been 21st November, 2022 in Fame Della hall at PTI Junction Effurun, Warri in Delta state.
The Christian Women Organisation of Warri stood their ground to say that, it is time to rescue Delta state from the chains and shackles of poverty, stagnancy and backwardness has come.
The women expressed tiredness and willingness to crossover to the party where progress is possible than remain in the stooge of People’s Democratic Party PDP and All Progressive Party APC which is gradually collapsing Delta state and the entire nation.
To this end, the women threw in their sincere support and blessings to the industrialist who has the capacity both financially and otherwise to drive Delta state to its promise land.
In attendance was the amiable wife of the governorship hopeful, Mrs. Sybil Gbagi JCA, the Deputy Governor, Chief Mrs. Rosemary Oshilim, Prof Mokobia, DG Campaign Council, Prof Mokobia and Social Democratic Party SDP members to mention but few were; Vice Chairman Central Mike Dugbo Vice Chairman, South-South, Elder Fred Owotorofa, Prince Sadjere Igho, Hon. Temienor, others.
Also the church was well represented by Rev Fr. Jesu Ovie and the Catholic Women Organisation led by president of the Catholic Women Organization CWO from different Diocese of Warri axis, Dr. Mrs. Anne Ogbe, Lady Mrs. Victory Oghenechene, Lady Mrs. Glory Okedo, Dr. Mrs. Omo Irabor, Lady Benedicta Mejurum and many others.
At the end, the visit was described as glorious and sort of revival of hope for the future that will generate total reformation and restoration.
