SDP Presidential Candidate, Adebayo Reveals Reasons Politicians Fail Promises…

…as no individual nor party character, no fulfiled promises

The SDP Presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo has revealed the unquestionable reason politicians with their political parties fail to fulfill their promises made during campaigns.

This he revealed during his recent visit to the SDP Delta state Gubernatorial candidate, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi and the Olu of Warri kindgom 1st Coronation Thanksgiving Anniversary which held in Warri, Delta state.

In his statement to the youths, women and children during the dinner party at Oginibo Haven of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, he said, “There are two reasons people don’t keep to promises. Either they are unwilling to keep it or they are unable to keep it. Some will promise what they cannot delivered, some will promise, they have no character, because they don’t intend to be there.

“For us, we have programmes and not promises because there is difference between a promise and a plan.

“A promise, if somebody says to you I am going to build you a house, that is a promise. He may build it or he may not build it.

“A plan, if someone says I am going to give you two bedroom flats, this is the drawing, this is the land, this is the Cement and this is the Iron. Tomorrow, we will start digging, that is the plan.

“So, I don’t have promises, I have plan. And those plans involves you, me and everybody who is concern”.

At the end, Adebayo encouraged Deltans and Nigerians in general to believe in the party (SDP) ideology so they will be able to follow and achieve something tangible together.
