ZIK GBEMRE FROWNS AT IBORI AND HIS EVIL PLOT TO RE-GOVERN DELTA THROUGH HIS SURROGATE EDEVBIE: TIME FOR DELTANS TO ARISE.

An evil wind is blowing in the air in Delta State. It is a secret plot by the now better-to-be-forgotten James Ibori to reclaim power through a surrogate in the person of David Edevbie. The machinery to carry out this very evil plot is the so-called DC-23 platform with Amori as the mercenary planted to drive the process.

Deltans must not allow an ugly history to repeat itself. It is too early to forget Ibori’s 8-year misrule of calumny and thievery. But even if other ethnic groups in Nigeria choose to turn a blind eye for reasons best known to them, certainly no Delta ethnic group person or Urhobo man/woman who desire development for our nation should be too carefree or simplistic to handle this very disturbing political development with kids gloves.

Urhobo has been in political wilderness since 1999 when the 8 year misrule of James Ibori began. Today, it will take almost a miracle for Urhobo to recover their losses and pride of place in the comity of ethnic groups in Nigeria, all thanks to the misrule of this miscreant and ex-convict.

To add insult to injury, this same miscreant has now perfected plans to return to power through a surrogate and imposter by the name David Edevbie. If Amori had any sense of history and dignity, the consideration to accept the role of doing this dirty job would not have even crossed his mind. But because ours is a nation where people value riches more than good names, and where people now live above shame, the Mosogar miscreant accepted to once again play on the Urhobo people’s intelligence and destiny through dancing to a music whose beats and tone is dictated by his equally rogue neighbour from Oghara kingdom/clan of Ethiope West.

But Deltans and Urhobos cannot be fooled a second time. I urge all Deltans to mobilise all forces within their lawful reach towards putting a stop to this macabre dance that Ibori is coordinating. The time to resist them and put a stop to this madness called DC-23 is now.

David Edevbie is just a pawn on the chessboard of Ibori. Edevbie is an unmerited candidate to govern Delta in 2023. The plot to smuggle him to power through the backdoor as coordinated by Amori and Ibori, has to be declared dead on arrival.
