SOLUDO CONDOLES WITH FORMER ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNOR, CHUKWUEMEKA EZEIFE OVER WIFE’S DEATH…

Anambra State Governor-elect, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo has commiserated with former Anambra State Govermor, Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife over his wife’s death.

Governor-elect, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, said he is shocked and saddened over the death of Mrs Njideka Ezeife who was the wife of Anambra State former Governor, Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife and former First Lady of Anambra State.

The Governor-elect described the late Mrs Ezeife as a woman of strong and impeccable character who stood firmly with her husband as the first democratically elected governor of Anambra when the state was created on August 27, 1991.

Soludo further said the late Mrs Ezeife’s courageous disposition and her supportive role as wife and mother during her husband’s administration will always be remembered.

Soludo therefore extends his heart-felt condolences to Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife, who is also a prominent Igbo leader and an elder statesman, over the painful loss of his dear wife and pray that God grant the deceased eternal rest and the Ezeife’s family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Mrs Njideka Ezeife reportedly died after a brief illness in an hospital in the United States of America few days ago.
