BUHARI, ATIKU, NGIGE AND OTHERS CONGRATULATE GOVERNOR-ELECT, PROF CHARLES SOLUDO

Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, Anambra State Governor-elect has continued to receive congratulatory messages from within and across the globe following his emphatic victory at the just concluded governorship election in Anambra State.

President Muhammadu Buhari was one of the early personalities to congratulate Cee Cee Soludo when INEC declared him winner of the Anambra gubernatorial polls.

In a release signed by Mr Femi Adesina, the president spokesman, President Buhari congratulated Soludo for emerging winner in the gubernatorial election in Anambra State. He enjoined the Governor-elect who is a member of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council to rally other stakeholders to tackle the enormous challenges confronting Anambra State and the Southeast in general.

The President went further to say he looks forward to working with Cee Cee Soludo, as the in-coming Governor for the peace, security and development of not only Anambra State but the entire country.

The Minister of Labour and Employment and a chieftain of APC in Anambra State, Senator Chris Ngige has equally congratulated Soludo saying it is a victory well deserved.

Mr Peter Obi former governor of Anambra state has also congratulated Soludo urging Ndi Anambra to work with the Governor-elect and support him with prayers.

Mr Valentine Ozigbo, the PDP gubernatorial candidate, also, through the telephone congratulated Soludo as well as former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Senator Stella Oduah who also congratulated the Governor-elect via the telephone.

Others who have also congratulated the Governor-elect include; Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Senator Uche Ekwunife, Hon. Afam Ezenwa, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Chief Obiora Okonkwo and so many other political and religious leaders.
