Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), expresses his profound gratitude and appreciation to all his supporters within and globally over the Supreme Court ruling unanimously upholding the Court of Appeal judgement by the Kano Division which affirmed Ozonkpu Victor Oye as the National Chairman of APGA and Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo as the authentic gubernatorial candidate of APGA.
Soludo hails the Supreme Court ruling as a landmark judgement and a further boost in deepening our democratic processes in the country.
He sees the ruling as the ultimate confirmation of the independence of the nation’s judiciary which the Lordships at the apex court have amply demonstrated.
He also congratulates and appreciate the leaderhip of APGA, ably led by His Excellency, Chief (Dr) Willie Obiano as the National Leader and Head of BoT; Ozonkpu Victor Oye, National Chairman and all the stakeholders of the party
He calls on all party members and supporters to come together toward delivering victory to APGA in the forthcoming governorship election in November 6, 2021.
He appealed to all those who feel aggrieved to bury their acrimony and return back to the party.
