The current crisis in Nepal should be a big lesson to Nigerian politicians should learn from. Let the people feel good governance.
Recently I saw a video of a Ghanaian tourist who was invited to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which is tallest building in the world in United Arab Emirates and I heard him say that few years ago the location of that entire area had one tarred road but today the place has become a tourist destination where tall buildings saturate the environment like Manhattan, New York City.

Not hearsay, not praise singing can bring development. Development is putting physical, sustainable structures on ground to improves lives and not wishful thinking.
Good leadership is not unnecessary foreign tours by leaders. Good leaders hardly travel out of their countries since every country has foreign missions/embassies. Good leaders stay in their countries to develop them and not globe-trotting.
Nigerian politicians at all levels must stop tempting the will of the docile masses. The leaders at all levels must use the public resources to develop the country. It is not their money. The money belongs to the public and not few individuals and their cronies.
Like I have repeatedly said, development is not hidden. You don’t need microscope to view it. You don’t need media hype to announce development because it is so visible.
Nigerian leaders must avoid Nepal crisis by delivering good governance.
