The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) successfully concluded its one-month welding and fabrication training programme, earlier today, with a vibrant close-out ceremony at the Multipurpose Vocational Training Centre, Warri, Delta State.
The initiative reflects the Board’s unwavering commitment to building human capacity in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry and allied sectors. Participants, carefully selected through the NOGICJQS portal, each received a 7.8KVA MaxMech MMA-300 welding machine:a vital tool to kick-start and strengthen their professional journey.

Representing the Executive Secretary, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, FNSE, at the ceremony was Madam Temisan Eguando, Supervisor in the ES’ Office. She was joined by other distinguished staff members, including Mrs. Ojo Oluwafunmilayo, Supervisor, Zonal Coordination; Mrs. Sanju Mabiaku, Officer, Zonal Coordination; Miss Janet Lokpobiri, Officer, Finance Department; Mr. Foncha Prince; and Mrs. Joy Leghemo, Officer, Corporate Communications.
With this training, NCDMB continues to empower Nigerian youths with the technical skills and resources needed to thrive in the nation’s industrial landscape.
