
Transcorp Hotels Plc announced a revenue of N47.57 billion for the half-year ending June 30, 2025. This marks a 60% increase from the N29.72 billion reported for the same period in 2024.
The company reported a significant 71% increase in gross profit, which climbed from N21.19 billion in the first half of 2024 to N36.21 billion in the same period of 2025. Despite facing inflation and higher operating costs, this growth propelled the gross profit margin to reach 76%.

Transcorp Hotels Plc serves as the hospitality branch of Transnational Corporation Plc. It has notable investments in Transcorp Hilton Abuja and runs an online platform called Aura by Transcorp Hotels.
In a report submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Friday, the company announced that its success was fueled by continuous innovation, effective operations, and the opening of the new 5,000-seat Transcorp Centre in Abuja.
Transcorp Hotels announced an interim dividend amounting to N1.024 billion, which equates to 10 kobo for each ordinary share valued at 50 kobo, pending the application of applicable withholding tax.
