
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abbas Tajudeen has condemned the reported killing of 12 travellers in Mangu Local Government of Plateau State.
In a statement, Speaker Abbas says unprovoked killing of Nigerians going about their peaceful activities is unacceptable, while urging the security agencies to fish out the perpetrators of the dastardly act.

A statement from the Speaker indicates that the 12 travellers killed were among 31 persons travelling to Qua’an Pan Local Government Area for a wedding of their colleague in a bus belonging to the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, when they were reportedly attacked by assailants in a community in Mangu Friday night.
