Federal Government has summoned the Vice Chancellors of Universities over alleged ttudent loan diversions, and deductions.
As it becomes a matter of serious concern to the public while no single student has indicated receiving such loan which is suppose to be a thing of joy and public testimonial from individual student if real and disbursed accordingly.
