The Minister of Defence Mohammed Badaru Abubakar has expressed Nigeria’s commitment to work closely with the European Union on security
The minister stated this while receiving the director peace partnership of the europena Union External action service in Brussel, Casmin Dirban, at Ship House in Abuja.
The meeting provided the avenue for deliberations on critical security issues with empahsis on improving cooperation on security to fight terrorism and banditry.
Casmin Dirban was accompanied by the European union Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Ambassador Gautier Mignot.
