The Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti has completed the 45km Umuahia-Uzuakoli-Akara-Alayi-Abiriba Road.
Otti also went ahead to direct contractors to begin streetlight installation on Monday.
it was gathered that the Former President Olusegun Obasanjo will be commissioning the road on April 2nd.
