The Delta State Government, through the Ministry of Transport, has introduced a new requirement for obtaining or renewing driver’s licenses in the state.

All applicants, whether applying for a new driver’s license or renewing an expired one, are now mandated to undergo a Computer-Based Theory Test as part of the licensing process.

All applicants must adhere to all necessary procedures, including passing the Computer-Based Theory Test, completing all required documentation, and meeting other stipulated conditions before their licenses can be issued or renewed.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or denial of licensing services.
