Following the general elections, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Chinyere Igwe, has been nabbed with an unspecified amount of foreign currencies.
It was gathered that the rep member in question Igwe, is an Atiku campaigner and represents Port Harcourt Federal Constituency 2, in the lower chamber of the National Assembly, was arrested on Friday morning along Aba Road in Port Harcourt.
According to the Police spokesperson of the Rivers State Police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko, confirmed the arrest to the media assured, “A statement on it will be released soon.
