The forum of secretaries from Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta state has today been September 30, 2021 paid a courtesy visit to the Governor in waiting, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi in line with his ambition to lead Delta state to prosperity and progress come 2023.
It is therefore to this effect, that the Ndokwa East LGA forum of secretaries led by Comrade Richard Otighi decided to take a step further to show their interest and support to the only man with the key to Delta progress, Olorogun Gbagi.
The meeting ended remarkably and well entertained.
