In line with the attached document which actually made it clear that Barr. Kenneth Gbagi (FNIM) is not guilty of the above accusation as declared by the court instead Precious Archibong is very guilty  and mischievously put up this lies from the pit of hell after taking bribe just to reason best known to them.

But today court has clarified and cleared the air was s the accused is not guilty of such offence as it never existed in the first place.
