The All Progressives Party (APC) has today deny the news on “Zoning Assembly Leadership Position” making headlines on social media.
This was debunked in a statement by its National publicity secretary, Barr. Felix Morka, that its attention has been drawn to versions of zoning arrangements for the 10th National Assembly leadership positions in circulation in sections of social media and it is yet to decide if to zone the leadership of the 10th National Assembly to any region.
The party made it clear via their brief communique, that such statement on zoning arrangements is not from APC therefore general public should ignore it as if such decisions are finally reached, it will definitely be officially be communicated via the party information channel.
It reads, “To be clear, the Party has yet to zone positions of leadership of the 10th National Assembly,” the statement stressed.
