The Edo state government is to partner with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited to establish a 10,000 barrels per day (bpd) capacity refinery that processes condensate.
This Condensate it said is a very light liquid hydrocarbon that is produced along with natural gas.
Fred Itua, chief press secretary to Monday Okpebholo, governor of Edo state, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday saying, the refinery would be sited across Oredo and Orhionmwon local government areas (LGAs).
